The Second Annual Northfield Community Clean Up took place this past weekend. ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ’s AFROTC Cadets, in partnership with the American Legion Post 1819 and NU AFROTC Det 867, cleaned in and around the Northfield Town Center.

ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ was represented by a special delegation at the 3rd Annual International Forum for Peace, Security & Prosperity in Sicily, Italy. The delegation consisted of three members of ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ’s Corps of Cadets and Dr. Travis Morris, Associate Professor, School of Criminology and Criminal Justice.

ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ announces Kimberly Reilly as the new Vice President of Enrollment Management

ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ is pleased to announce that Kimberly Reilly will join the senior administration as our new Vice President of Enrollment Management. She is scheduled to begin work on May 22, 2023, and will report to Danielle Pelczarski, Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff.

ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ would like to congratulate the NU Bataan competition team on their recent win at this year’s Bataan Memorial Death March Marathon. NU sent two teams to compete in the full marathon (26.2 miles), which took place on March 19, 2023, at the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.

ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ announced today that it will host its second annual Amazon Web Services (AWS) Business Case Competition. The event, which is presented by the ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ School of Business, will take place on March 30, 2023, where teams of ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ students will compete and present their work to a panel of judges featuring representatives from AWS

ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ to Host its First Medal of Honor Day Event

ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ announced today that it will host its inaugural Medal of Honor Day on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. The day will consist of a series of curated events that pay homage to the ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ alumni who have gone on to receive the coveted U.S. Medal of Honor award.

ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ appoints LTG (R) Mark Bowman to its Board of Trustees

ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ today announced the appointment of LTG (R) Mark Bowman to its Board of Trustees. Bowman will serve as a member of the Technology Committee and the Enrollment, Retention, Marketing (ERM) Committee of the Board. He will serve a five-year term. Following the appointment of Bowman, the Board will comprise 32 trustees, 23 of whom are ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ graduates.
