Economics students at �Ļ�Ӱ�� gave away free money on September 15, 2023, to celebrate Free Monday Day, challenging gifters and recipients to think about our relationship with money and the possibility of a more generous world.

Since 1987, the �Ļ�Ӱ�� Scouting Association (NUSA) has hosted a yearly camporee for Scouts across New England. This year featured rapelling, scout skills, working with the Corps of Cadets, and building troop/scout relationships across New England.

A national tradition which symbolizes complete, compassionate, and patient-centered care which the nursing profession has become synonymous for. Often times, the nurse is the frontline healthcare worker which patients interact with the most.

September 11, 2001 is a date that is burnt into the fabric of American society due to the thousands of lives that were senselessly lost in a terrorist attack on American civilians. In the years following, �Ļ�Ӱ�� students began an annual tradition of honoring the lives lost through a Remembrance Ceremony in honor of Patriot Day.

The 2023 Convocation Ceremony was held the afternoon of August 29. The Class of 2027 and attendees of this year's ceremony were greeted with a special message from President Mark C. Anarumo, Provost and Dean of Faculty Karen Gaines, and Commandant William F. McCollough.

The annual New Student Oath Ceremony for the incoming class of civilians and rooks was held on Sunday, August 27.

President Anarumo and members of his staff joined the Corps of Cadets on Sunday morning in this annual right of passage which marks the end of Rook Orientation Week. �Ļ�Ӱ��'s office of communications has curated this collection of select images from the event.

�Ļ�Ӱ�� would like to congratulate alumnus SGT MAJ Michael R. Weimer NU’15 on his recent appointment as the new Sergeant Major of the U.S. Army.

�Ļ�Ӱ�� alumnus CAPT Edgardo Moreno crowned 30 years of service to his nation at a special retirement ceremony held last week at the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, FL.
