AWS executives and team members will be actively participating in the evaluation process of the AWS Challenge this year, offering their insights in this essential domain. A total of 14 student teams will get an opportunity to participate in this innovation challenge.
Each year 100-200 ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ students work with Special Olympics Vermont athletes and programs annually in a variety of ways including volunteer efforts, coaching, and mentoring.
ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ’s 6th Peace and War Summit, titled: Latin America in the 21st Century: Retreat or Progress?, will host Ambassador (retired) Patrick Duddy as one of the keynote speakers during the March 17 – 18 event.

LtGen John Broadmeadow, USMC (Ret), 25th President of ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ, will be honored with the ceremonial puck drop prior to the game against the University of Southern Maine.
While on campus, he was honored by conducting a ceremonial puck drop during the men’s hockey intrastate rivalry game between the ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ Cadets and visiting Vermont State University – Castleton Spartans.
On November 16, 2024, the ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ AI Center, in collaboration with ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ Applied Research Institutes (NUARI), hosted a unique one-day event focused on "AI and Humanitarian Disaster Response" for high school students and new ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ students hoping to learn about AI, all inspired by a challenge from Vermont Senator Peter Welch.
ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ will observe Veterans Day by conducting a Corps of Cadets review in honor of all veterans, past and present. The reviewing officer and guest speaker will be U.S. Army Brigadier General Matt Braman, Director, Army Aviation for Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3/5/7, ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ Class of 1995.
