Bursar & Financial Aid

Our colleagues in the Bursar and Financial Aid offices counsel students on the financial aid options for which they qualify, including federal student loans, once students have been accepted to ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ. We work with student financial planning to ensure that once your loan, scholarship, and/or other funds are received, they are applied to your tuition bill.

How Students Pay for their Education

There are a number of options for paying for your education including:

  • Using personal funds (you may qualify for a )
  •  (i.e., Direct Unsubsidized Stafford Loans)

Prior to the beginning of each term, all students will receive an email notification with a link to view their eBill and pay online.

Please Note: New students will receive an email notification with instructions for accessing NUpay after you've been accepted and paid your deposit.

Make a Payment

Your Monthly Student Statement

Students may receive statement updates by setting email notifications in NUpay with the student's email address of record. The Student Statement reflects the current status of a student's account. Students should monitor statements to confirm posting of credits from checks, loans, and outside tuition assistance.

Refund Checks

If overpayment occurs, federal loans and grants are refunded automatically. Refund checks are available after the term starts. We encourage students to set up Direct Deposit if they anticipate needing to receive a refund. You can sign up for Direct Deposit via . Using your ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ classroom login information, navigate to the Student section within NU Pay and follow the directions below to complete the direct deposit set up:

  • Click on Student Services
  • Select the NU Pay - View bill, pay and set up student refunds option
  • Select the Student Choice Refunds option
  • Set up your direct deposit information
