Meet the first-ever recipients of the Internship Accessibility Scholarship and learn about their summer of experiential learning.
C/CSM Thoren Berg ’25 has been selected by the Association of Military Colleges & Schools of the United States (AMCSUS) as the recipient of the Leadership Award and a $1,000 scholarship. A combination of his character and service alongside his academic and athletic performances led to this honor.
Thanks to the generous $2,000,000 continuing grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF), ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ will help to remove the financial barriers often limiting academic opportunities for highly qualified undergraduates interested in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
This summer, ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ hosted high school and college students, educators, and military leaders for multiple enriching events focused on expanding their cyber knowledge to new levels.
The National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ a grant in excess of $5,300,000 for cybersecurity research, education, and training. This generous funding, allocated over the next five years, enables ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ to offer scholarships to students that will enhance learning and research opportunities into cybersecurity threats, artificial intelligence, and machine learning through an integrated B.S./M.S. program.
