The Oath Ceremony is long-standing �Ļ�Ӱ�� tradition in which civilians and rooks promised to accept, uphold, and apply the principles of �Ļ�Ӱ��’s honor code and guiding values, ending their oath with, “In all my endeavors, from this day forth, I will reflect in the spirit of the �Ļ�Ӱ�� motto, ‘I will try.’”
